Our core business is the import of commodities from Russia, Indonesia and the United States into Asian markets. Our main clients are power plants and cement producers as well as steel and zinc manufacturers. Our key market is South Korea followed by South East Asia.

We have exclusive partnerships with the leading global suppliers of our industry. We lead, control and connect our global operations within our worldwide network across different requirements, cultures, languages and time zones. This is our daily business and our strength! Our head office in Switzerland manages our administration, financing processes, controlling and global marketing. Our Asian sales & marketing offices are responsible for the local relationships with our trusted partners.

Our main products are used for thermal energy, cement and metal

Steam Coal

Our steam coal is used for power and heat generation. About 65% of electric power in South Korea is generated from coal. Our steam coal is also used in the cement-making process called calcination.

PCI Coal

Steel is an essential material for modern life. Steel production worldwide depends on coal as 70% of steel production uses it. PCI coal is the vital ingredient in the steel making process.

Petroleum Coke

Enso Global has also commenced with the importation of Petroleum Coke. With petcoke’s higher energy content, it is a suitable substitute for many steel manufactures in Korea. Korea is the world’s fifth largest producer of steel and due to this, there is a growing demand for petcoke.

Ferro Alloy

Ferroalloy refers to various alloys of iron with a high proportion of one or more other elements such as manganese, chromium or silicon. They are used in the production of steels and alloys. The alloy impart distinctive qualities to steel and cast iron or serve important functions during production and are, therefore, closely associated with the iron and steel industry, the leading consumer of ferroalloys. The leading ferroalloy-producing countries were Ukraine, China, South Africa and Russia, which accounted for 77% of the world production.

Non-ferrous metal

In metallurgy, a non-ferrous metal is a metal that does not contain iron (ferrite) in appreciable amounts. Generally more expensive than ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals are used because of desirable properties such as low weight (e.g. aluminium), higher conductivity (e.g. copper), non-magnetic property or resistance to corrosion (e.g. zinc).
Important non-ferrous metals include aluminium, copper, lead, nickel, tin, titanium and zinc, and alloys such as brass. Non-ferrous metals are usually refined through electrolysis.

Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) and BIO SRF
It is used in the cement facilities, steel manufactures, paper and other high energy intensive industries and is co-combusted in coal or petroleum cokes
Fired power station as a fossil fuel replacement which reduces CO2 emissions. Enso Global is at the forefront of developing a Korean market footprint For SRF and RDF.

Wood Pellet

Wood pellet demand is dependent on renewable energy polices which encourage The partial or complete conversion of coal fired heat and power plants to utilize Biomass to reduce carbon emissions and Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) of Korean government police.
Enso Global have global competitive supply channel and partner of wood pellet
